A global youth development organization
Founded in Hamburg, Germany, in 2020, Christ Global Youth (CGY) is a registered nonprofit organization committed to youth development and growth. We support young people through mentorship, education, leadership development, vocational training, and community. Dr. Caroline Ajonina Buzie, a parasitologist, educator, and youth mentor, leads this commitment to helping young people discover their potential and build purposeful futures. Inspired by Christ, our work brings together personal development, practical opportunity, and values of compassion, integrity, and service.
Our foundation
Christ inspires how we serve
Faith rooted in Scripture.
Our work is inspired by Jesus Christ and His example of love, compassion, and service. Christian values guide how we care for young people, build relationships, and use the resources entrusted to us.
We believe a relationship with God, rooted in Scripture, nurtures character, purpose, and hope. We put those convictions into practice through mentorship, education, vocational training, student support, and opportunities to develop as leaders.
Rooted in purpose.
Growing together.
Rooted in purpose, growing with intention
This isn't a moment. It's a movement.
Youth development takes time, encouragement, and opportunity. We walk alongside young people as they explore their strengths, make decisions about education and work, and learn to lead in their communities. Our Christian values guide that commitment, while each young person's growth and well-being remain at the heart of our work.
