Who We Are
Since our founding in 2020 in Hamburg, Germany, Christ Global Youth (CGY) has grown from a small vision into a globally recognized, registered nonprofit organization making meaningful impact across borders. What began as a passion to empower young people spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually has flourished into a dynamic movement that continues to touch lives and inspire change on multiple continents.
Under the visionary leadership of Dr. Caroline Ajonina Buzie — a parasitologist, educator, and passionate youth mentor — CGY has become a beacon of hope for a generation searching for purpose and direction. Her dedication to raising leaders grounded in faith, character, and excellence guides everything we do: reaching hearts, transforming lives, and building a new wave of world-changers anchored in the Word of God.
What We Believe
At Christ Global Youth, we believe that salvation comes through accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior — trusting fully in His death, burial, and resurrection. As written in 2 Timothy 3:15, we are passionate about equipping young people with the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
We believe a personal relationship with God, built on His Word and empowered by the Holy Spirit, is the foundation for a fulfilled and purposeful life. Beyond spiritual growth, we’re deeply committed to the overall well-being of young people — as a youth-led Christian association, we promote youth welfare, education, and vocational training, including student aid.
We pursue this through Bible-based teaching, mentorship, discipleship, and fellowship — alongside seminars, workshops, and events that foster spiritual maturity, skill development, innovation, and leadership.

Rooted in purpose, growing with intention
Like the believers who support our mission, we’re focused on long-term impact — not just gathering young people for a moment, but walking with them for the long haul. Our vision is bold: raising up young adults who are spiritually grounded, personally equipped, and ready to lead wherever life takes them.
Many of the young people in our community are navigating real challenges — uncertainty about purpose, distance from a faith community, or simply the search for people who take their questions seriously. CGY exists to meet them there.

Global Community
Every Saturday, young believers from 15+ countries gather over Zoom — proof that faith and fellowship don’t need to share a zip code.
Real Mentorship
We pair Bible-based teaching with practical mentorship, so growth happens both spiritually and personally.
Consistent Rhythm
Weekly gatherings and an Annual Conference mean CGY isn’t a one-time event — it’s an ongoing community young people can count on.
