A global youth development organization
Founded in Hamburg, Germany, in 2020, Christ Global Youth (CGY) is a registered nonprofit organization committed to youth development and growth.
We help young people build confidence, develop practical skills, and discover their potential through mentorship, education, leadership training, and community. Christ inspires our values of compassion, integrity, and service.
Under the leadership of Dr. Caroline Ajonina Buzie, a parasitologist, educator, and youth mentor, we support young people as they pursue education, prepare for work, and grow into leaders who contribute to their communities.
Inspired by Christ, focused on young people
Christ is the inspiration behind our work. His example of love, compassion, and service shapes how we support young people and the responsibility we take for their growth.
Our Christian values encourage integrity, respect, and care for others. Bible study and fellowship provide opportunities to explore faith, build character, and reflect on purpose.
We put those values into practice through mentorship, education, skills training, and leadership opportunities that support young people's development and well-being.
This isn't a
moment. It's a
movement.
Rooted in purpose, growing with intention
Youth development takes time, encouragement, and opportunity. We walk alongside young people as they discover their strengths, make decisions about education and work, and learn to lead in their communities.
Our Christian values guide that commitment. Through mentorship, practical learning, and a supportive community, we help young people build confidence and take meaningful steps toward their futures.
