IMPACT
Growing potential, creating opportunity
Our impact is rooted in young people's growth: greater confidence, stronger skills, meaningful connections, and opportunities to lead. Inspired by Christ, we support that development through mentorship, education, and community.
Supporting the whole young person
Youth development brings together personal well-being, learning, character, and practical opportunity. We support young people as they build confidence, explore their goals, and prepare for education, work, and leadership. Christ's example of care and service guides how we walk alongside them.
Our Journey So Far
Founded in Hamburg

Lasting change
Lasting growth takes ongoing support. Through mentorship, education, skills development, and leadership opportunities, CGY helps young people turn potential into purposeful action.
